Delete your Lumi account

A parent or account holder can request deletion of their Lumi account and linked child profiles at any time.

How to request deletion

  1. Sign in to the parent account.
  2. Open Parent settings, then Security & data.
  3. Select Delete account data and confirm the request.

What deletion covers

The request covers the parent account, linked child profiles, learning records, messages, progress and associated sessions. Lumi keeps only the minimum deletion-request record needed to show that the request was handled and to meet applicable legal obligations.

You can also request deletion of a child profile or specific records from the same Security & data area without deleting the whole account.
